Retail Information

PRODUCT RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY:

Returned merchandise is accepted only with a return authorization, within 7 days of the orders delivery. Undamaged returned merchandise may
be subject to a 15% restocking fee. All refused shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping charges.

Wholesale Information

ORDER POLICY:

All customers must submit account information forms with order. Zazendi updates all information periodically. We appreciate your understanding and assistance in providing your current information annually.
All items below $30 have a minimum order quantity of 2 per color in each style.
Minimum order: $200

PAYMENT POLICY:

Credit card payment is required for all new accounts. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Credit terms may be available to qualifying accounts after the fiirst 3 orders. To apply for terms you must complete our credit application,
including a credit sheet and credit card authorization form. You will be notfied of terms once we have reviewed and verifiedfied the information on
these forms. Invoiced orders that become past due will revert to credit card term. Invoices past 90 days may be submitted for collection.
Attorney and collection fees will be added to the total invoice.
